Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty Terms:
- All products are in original packaging, and the warranty seal must be intact.
- No alteration/work should be performed on the product for fitment.
- Water damage is not covered under warranty.
- Accident/Theft is not covered under warranty.
- Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
- For delivered items, the warranty starts from the delivery date.
- All AuxPro Series products carry a 1-year replacement warranty, unless otherwise specified.
- All warranty claims will be processed upon inspection, provided the conditions are met.
- In case of a claim, the warranty remains under the original period (no new warranty applies to replacements).
- Installation charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Faulty items will be repaired or replaced according to their original functionality.
- Replacement applies only to items that are confirmed faulty.
Return & Refund Policy:
- All items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after acceptance.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (AuxLEDs is not liable for shipping costs).
- AuxLEDs is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or vehicle alterations.
