Refund Policy
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with the warranty seal intact.
- The product must not have been altered or used in any way that affects its functionality.
- Water damage is not eligible for a refund.
- Accidental damage or theft is not covered under this refund policy.
- Refunds are processed based on the purchase date.
- For delivered items, the refund period begins from the delivery date.
- All Auxppro series products come with a 1-year replacement warranty unless otherwise specified.
- Refund requests will be processed after inspection and may be accepted or rejected based on the product’s condition.
- If a replacement is issued, the original purchase date will remain applicable for the refund policy—no new refund period is provided.
- Installation charges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
- Faulty items will be replaced or repaired to restore their original functionality.
- Refunds are only available for faulty items.
- Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date of purchase, and a full refund will be issued.
- Refund processing may take up to 5 working days from the acceptance of the request.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; AuxLeds will not cover any shipping charges.
- AuxLeds is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or alterations made to the vehicle or item.
