Refund Policy

  1. All products must be returned in their original packaging with the warranty seal intact.
  2. The product must not have been altered or used in any way that affects its functionality.
  3. Water damage is not eligible for a refund.
  4. Accidental damage or theft is not covered under this refund policy.
  5. Refunds are processed based on the purchase date.
  6. For delivered items, the refund period begins from the delivery date.
  7. All Auxppro series products come with a 1-year replacement warranty unless otherwise specified.
  8. Refund requests will be processed after inspection and may be accepted or rejected based on the product’s condition.
  9. If a replacement is issued, the original purchase date will remain applicable for the refund policy—no new refund period is provided.
  10. Installation charges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
  11. Faulty items will be replaced or repaired to restore their original functionality.
  12. Refunds are only available for faulty items.
  13. Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date of purchase, and a full refund will be issued.
  14. Refund processing may take up to 5 working days from the acceptance of the request.
  15. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; AuxLeds will not cover any shipping charges.
  16. AuxLeds is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or alterations made to the vehicle or item.
