1. All products are in original packaging and the warranty seal is intact.
2. No alteration or work has been performed on the product for the purpose of fitment.
3. Water damage is not covered under the warranty.
4. Accident or theft is not covered under the warranty claim.
5. Warranty starts from the date the item is purchased.
6. For items delivered to an address, the warranty period starts from the delivery date.
7. All Auxppro series fall under a 1-year replacement warranty unless otherwise specified.
8. All warranty claims will be processed upon inspection, which will be accepted or rejected under the provided conditions.
9. In case of a claim, the warranty will remain under the original warranty period; no new warranty will be issued for the replacement.
10. Installation charges are not refundable or transferable.
11. Items that are faulty will be replaced or repaired to their original functionality as purchased.
12. Replacement is only issued for items that are faulty.
13. The return policy for all items is 7 days from the date of purchase; a full refund will be issued.
14. Refunds will take up to 5 working days from the date they have been accepted.
15. Returns are at the expense of the customer; AuxLeds is not liable for any shipping charges.
16. AuxLeds is not liable for damage due to improper installation or alteration to the vehicle or item.
